How to redeem coins:

Go to Payment Settings – Choose one of two options, Paypal or Bank transfer. As Paypal is more commonly preferred and a expedited process..

Next, be sure that your Paypal email address is correct.

Then click save.

Go to Withdraw Request. Under the tab “Withdraw Point Type” select “Coins.” NOTE: If the coins option is NOT selected your withdrawal request will be denied and the transaction is canceled, You will be able to resubmit your request afterwards. Next select Paypal as the withdrawl payment method. Next select the amount that you want to withdraw. Be sure that all or the information provided is correct. Lastly, select “Submit Request” NOTE: All Payments request are reviewed and requests that are approved will be paid out immediately. Requests that are not approve will be canceled. If a withdrawl request is canceled it could be for a number of reasons. Most commonly incorrect information details were entered, or required fields were not properly filled in. Only after a withdrawl request is denied and the transaction is canceled can another withdrawl request be submitted.

NOTE: When submitting the amount that you want to withdraw please exclude the transaction fee of 25%

EXAMPLE: If you’re withdrawing 100.00 you will need to have a minimum of 125.00 in your account to withdraw $100.00. The remaining balance in your account will be $25.00 to cover the transaction fee of 25%.
