TERMS AND CONDITIONS / TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective Date: October 10, 2026
Website: https://subscribors.com
Platform Name: Subscribors
Minimum Age: 18 Years
Governing Law: Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, subject to applicable mandatory law

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between the operator of Subscribors.com (“Subscribors,” “we,” or “us”) and each individual using the platform (“User,” “Member,” “Creator,” or “Subscriber”).

By registering, creating a profile, subscribing to a creator, purchasing coins, downloading content, sending gifts, withdrawing funds, transferring coins, or otherwise accessing Subscribors.com, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the platform.

Subscribors retains authority to manage, protect, administer, modify, and operate its services, subject to applicable law and existing contractual obligations.

2. STRICT AGE REQUIREMENT — 18 AND OLDER

SUBSCRIBORS IS STRICTLY FOR PERSONS AGED EIGHTEEN (18) OR OLDER.

Minors are prohibited from registering, accessing paid content, publishing material, subscribing, purchasing coins, or using member-only features.

Members must provide accurate age and identity information.

Subscribors may request reasonable verification and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this requirement.

Parental permission does not override the age restriction.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND IDENTITY

Members are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting their credentials.

Members must not:

  • Impersonate other individuals.
  • Register under stolen identities.
  • Create fraudulent subscription accounts.
  • Use another person’s payment information without authorization.
  • Manipulate creator identities or usernames.
  • Evade suspensions.
  • Access another account without permission.

Subscribors may require unique usernames or other identifiers to prevent confusion and impersonation.

Subscribors may investigate suspicious activity and restrict accounts where justified.

4. CONTENT OWNERSHIP AND CREATOR RIGHTS

Creators generally retain copyright in their original photographs, videos, written posts, and other lawful materials.

By publishing content on Subscribors, creators grant the platform a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, format, display, transmit, and otherwise process the content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the service, consistent with applicable content visibility and privacy settings.

Creators represent that they have all rights, permissions, and consents necessary to publish and monetize their material.

Creators must not sell content that belongs to another person without authorization.

The platform’s license generally ends upon content deletion, subject to lawful retention and other legally permitted exceptions.

Subscribors does not automatically become the copyright owner of creator-uploaded material.

5. CREATOR SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAID PROFILES

Subscribors may allow eligible members to establish paid creator subscriptions associated with their profiles.

Creators may select subscription prices within the limits established by the platform.

Subscribers purchase access to the content and benefits described in the applicable subscription offer.

PAYING FOR A SUBSCRIPTION DOES NOT TRANSFER OWNERSHIP OF THE CREATOR’S CONTENT.

Creators must accurately describe their subscription offerings.

Creators may not intentionally mislead subscribers regarding the content or benefits being sold.

Subscribors may establish requirements governing subscription pricing, availability, payment processing, and creator eligibility.

Material changes affecting existing paid subscriptions will be handled according to applicable law and purchase terms.

6. PAID CONTENT ACCESS RESTRICTIONS

Paid content may be restricted to members with an active, authorized subscription.

Members who have not purchased the required access may not circumvent payment restrictions.

Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Sharing paid login credentials.
  • Bypassing paywalls.
  • Exploiting access-control vulnerabilities.
  • Using unauthorized accounts to view restricted content.
  • Redistributing content to avoid subscription fees.
  • Selling unauthorized access to creator profiles.

Subscribors may investigate and restrict accounts involved in deliberate access-control violations.

Administrators may access restricted content where necessary for authorized platform administration, moderation, security, or legal compliance, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

7. DOWNLOADING CREATOR PHOTOS AND VIDEOS

DOWNLOADING PAID OR FREE CONTENT DOES NOT GRANT OWNERSHIP, COPYRIGHT, OR UNLIMITED REDISTRIBUTION RIGHTS.

Unless authorized by the rights holder or applicable law, members may not:

  1. Repost downloaded content on other platforms.
  2. Resell creator photographs or videos.
  3. Redistribute paid content to non-subscribers.
  4. Upload downloaded content to file-sharing websites.
  5. Claim authorship or ownership.
  6. Use content in commercial advertisements.
  7. Remove copyright information unlawfully.
  8. Publish private material without authorization.
  9. Use another person’s image to impersonate or harass them.
  10. Circumvent subscription restrictions.

A creator’s decision to enable downloading does not automatically authorize resale or public redistribution.

Subscribors may restrict accounts involved in substantiated infringement or misuse.

8. SCREENSHOTS AND SCREEN RECORDINGS

Members must not use screenshots, screen recordings, or other copying methods to unlawfully redistribute paid content or disclose protected personal information.

The fact that material is visible on a screen does not automatically make it public domain.

Members remain responsible for respecting copyright, privacy, contractual restrictions, and applicable law.

These provisions do not prohibit lawful reporting, preservation of evidence, fair use, or other legally protected activities.

9. CREATOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Creators are responsible for the content they publish and monetize.

Creators must:

  • Possess the necessary rights to their content.
  • Obtain required consent from identifiable participants.
  • Accurately describe paid offerings.
  • Comply with applicable laws.
  • Avoid fraudulent subscription activity.
  • Respect subscriber privacy.
  • Refrain from publishing prohibited material.

Creators must not misrepresent another person’s content as their own.

Subscribors may remove unlawful material and restrict creator monetization privileges where justified.

10. SUBSCRIBER RESPONSIBILITIES

Subscribers must comply with the applicable access terms.

Subscribers must not:

  • Share paid accounts without authorization.
  • Redistribute protected creator content unlawfully.
  • Harass creators.
  • Make fraudulent payment claims.
  • Circumvent subscription restrictions.
  • Obtain content through unauthorized technical methods.

A subscription grants the access expressly offered for the applicable period, not perpetual ownership of the creator’s materials.

11. SUBSCRIPTION BILLING AND RENEWALS

Subscription prices, billing intervals, renewal terms, and included benefits must be disclosed before purchase.

Where subscriptions automatically renew, members authorize recurring charges only through a valid enrollment process that complies with applicable law.

Subscribers must have access to legally compliant cancellation procedures.

Cancellation ordinarily stops future renewals.

Access may continue until the end of the paid period, depending on the terms presented at purchase.

Refund rights remain governed by applicable law and the applicable transaction terms.

Subscribors will not impose undisclosed recurring charges.

12. CREATOR REVENUE SHARING AND PLATFORM FEES

Subscribors may collect platform fees from eligible creator transactions.

The applicable revenue-sharing percentage must be clearly disclosed to creators before they participate in monetization.

Creator earnings may be adjusted for legitimate refunds, reversals, chargebacks, transaction errors, taxes, and other disclosed lawful deductions.

Creators are entitled to accurate transaction records and payment calculations consistent with the applicable program terms.

Subscribors may change future revenue-sharing arrangements with appropriate notice and any legally required consent.

Completed transactions will not be retroactively subjected to undisclosed fee increases.

13. CREATOR EARNINGS AND PAYOUT RECORDS

Subscribors may maintain administrative records of:

  • Subscription purchases.
  • Gross payments.
  • Platform fees.
  • Creator earnings.
  • Refunds.
  • Chargebacks.
  • Payout requests.
  • Completed payouts.
  • Outstanding payable balances.

Creators are responsible for providing accurate payment details and any legally required tax information.

Subscribors may temporarily delay payouts for reasonable fraud, identity-verification, legal-compliance, or payment-reconciliation purposes.

EARNINGS THAT ARE LAWFULLY OWED TO A CREATOR MAY NOT BE ARBITRARILY CONFISCATED.

Any withholding, offset, or reversal must have a lawful and contractually supported basis.

14. VIRTUAL COINS AND WALLET BALANCES

Subscribors may offer virtual coins for eligible purchases, gifts, transfers, and other platform activities.

Coins are governed by the applicable wallet rules and do not constitute bank deposits, cryptocurrency, or government-issued legal tender.

Members must not manipulate balances, exploit errors, or engage in fraudulent transfers.

Subscribors may investigate suspicious activity and correct demonstrable accounting errors.

Any coin redemption or withdrawal rights must be disclosed clearly.

15. COIN PURCHASES

Members may purchase eligible coin amounts using supported payment methods.

The applicable purchase price, transaction fees, and other material conditions must be displayed before confirmation.

Members authorize the disclosed charge when completing payment.

Subscribors may reject or reverse unauthorized, fraudulent, duplicated, or technically erroneous transactions.

Purchased balances will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the disclosed wallet terms.

16. COIN TRANSFERS AND WITHDRAWALS

Subscribors may permit eligible members to transfer coins and request withdrawals.

Under the currently described Subscribors program, withdrawals are subject to a 20% fee.

Any transfer fee, minimum withdrawal amount, exchange value, and payout eligibility requirements must be disclosed before confirmation.

Supported withdrawal methods may include PayPal, subject to availability and eligibility.

Members are responsible for supplying accurate payout information.

Subscribors may delay suspicious transactions for reasonable verification or investigation.

No withdrawal is guaranteed to be instantaneous.

Lawfully owed amounts remain subject to applicable consumer, payment, and financial laws.

17. GIFTS AND MEMBER PAYMENTS

Subscribors may permit members to purchase or send digital gifts and other virtual items.

Members are responsible for confirming the recipient, amount, and applicable fees.

Completed gifts may be non-reversible except where required by law or permitted under the applicable transaction terms.

Sending gifts does not entitle the sender to personal attention, communication, exclusive access, or any other benefit unless expressly included in a separate lawful purchase agreement.

18. CREATOR CONTENT REMOVAL AND ACCOUNT CLOSURE

Creators may remove their content or close their accounts subject to applicable contractual and legal obligations.

Subscribors may remove prohibited material or restrict accounts for justified violations.

If a creator removes substantially all promised paid content during an active subscription, subscribers may be entitled to remedies under applicable law or the purchase terms.

Creators may not use account closure to evade legitimate refund, fraud, or payment obligations.

Subscribors may retain legally necessary transaction records after account closure.

19. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

Members must respect other users’ privacy.

Members may not unlawfully publish, sell, collect, or disclose:

  • Private messages.
  • Financial information.
  • Personal contact details.
  • Home addresses.
  • Identity documents.
  • Account credentials.
  • Nonpublic photographs.
  • Confidential communications.

Members must not use information obtained through Subscribors for stalking, harassment, identity theft, fraud, or unauthorized marketing.

Subscribors handles personal data according to its Privacy Policy and applicable law.

All individuals appearing in intimate content must be adults, and required permissions must be obtained.

Subscribors may establish additional lawful verification and content standards.

21. CONTENT MODERATION

Subscribors may investigate complaints, remove prohibited material, restrict visibility, suspend monetization privileges, or terminate accounts when justified.

Serious legal, safety, or security violations may result in immediate action.

Members remain responsible for their own content and communications.

Subscribors does not guarantee that every piece of user-generated content has been reviewed or verified.

22. COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS AND DMCA

Subscribors respects intellectual property rights.

Copyright owners may submit legally sufficient infringement notices through the designated copyright contact.

Subscribors may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material and provide eligible counter-notification procedures.

Repeat infringers may be terminated in appropriate circumstances.

Any reliance on statutory DMCA protections requires compliance with the applicable requirements, including agent designation where necessary.

23. REFUNDS AND CHARGEBACKS

Refund eligibility depends on the purchased service, applicable disclosures, and governing law.

Members retain their rights to dispute unauthorized transactions, billing errors, and undelivered services.

Fraudulent chargebacks and knowingly false payment claims are prohibited.

Subscribors may investigate disputes and restrict accounts involved in substantiated payment fraud.

Creators’ earnings may be adjusted for valid refunds and chargebacks as permitted by the applicable program terms.

24. PLATFORM OWNERSHIP

Subscribors owns or licenses its proprietary software, branding, website design, platform-created graphics, interfaces, and other original platform assets.

Members do not acquire ownership of Subscribors merely by registering or paying subscription fees.

Member-uploaded content remains subject to the ownership and license provisions in these Terms.

Members may not copy proprietary platform software or commercially exploit its protected assets without authorization.

25. RIGHT TO CHANGE, MODIFY, OR DISCONTINUE SERVICES
