You Own It: You own your content, and we only have non-exclusive rights to use it on the Services. You can share it elsewhere.
Our Edits: We can edit your content’s format (e.g., size, layout) but not its meaning.
Permissions: We need your consent to give others the right to publish your content outside of the Services.
Your Promise: You must only post content that is legal, truthful, and does not violate anyone’s rights (including intellectual property).

Data Use: We will access, store, and use your information and personal data according to our Privacy Policy and your chosen settings.
Feedback: By submitting feedback, you agree we can use and share it for any purpose without paying you.

Service Reliability: We don’t promise to store or keep showing your content and are not a storage service.
Changes: We can change, suspend, or discontinue any Service, and we can modify our prices with reasonable notice.
“As Is”: The Services are provided “AS IS” and we disclaim all warranties (we don’t promise they will be perfect or error-free).
Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or any damages beyond a limit (the fees you paid or US $1000).
Others’ Content: We are not responsible for content posted by other Members (which may be inaccurate or offensive).

Restrictions: We can limit your use (e.g., number of connections) and can restrict, suspend, or terminate your account if you violate these terms, the law, or misuse the Services.
Termination: Either party can terminate this contract at any time with notice. Certain sections (like our rights to use your feedback) will survive termination.
Your Obligations: You must use your real name, keep your info accurate, and use the Services professionally.
You Must NOT: Create a false identity, scrape data, bypass security, copy others’ content without permission, or post harmful code.

Subscription Model: SUBSCRIBORS is a subscription social media site. Selected users automatically get a paid subscription option.
Earnings: Users receive 70% – 80% of their earnings.
Subscription Fee: Business members can set their fee; otherwise, the default is $10.00.
Banning: If your account is permanently banned, all your content is immediately removed.
